Triden Development Group, LLC (“Triden”) Triden and its principals have been providing development, financial and equity investment and advisory services to municipalities throughout the nation for almost thirty years. Triden is a wholly owned and-operated certified business enterprise organized as a limited liability corporation which began operations in 2004 with all interests vested and controlled by the partner(s). The Managing partner and principals in Triden have more than 20 years of combined experience in economic development and mixed-use real estate development in urban centers. Triden has earned a reputation with development, finance, elected and governmental professionals for reliability, professionalism and the ability to complete, tasks, projects and transactions successfully, and often, with optimal results.

Public-Private Experience
As a result of many years participating as developers in several urban mixed-use development projects, as well as having principals directly involved in the development and arranging of financing for projects often involving affordable and mixed income housing projects, Triden has a keen understanding of various financing platforms such as tifs, lihtc’s, pilots, nMtc programs, as well as the unique experience working with and providing advisory services for several municipalities, housing authorities and financing agencies, cDc’s, and redevelopment authorities.
